Throughout two of my education classes and my 3-Week Pre-Internship, I was able to explore the forms, uses, and many benefits of equitable assessment. Linked below are two assignment submissions from that time that I believe show my learning about and commitment to equitable assessment and learning in the classroom. I still firmly stand by many of the views and interventions stated in each.
1) This document details my experiences and findings about equitable assessment through my 3-Week Pre-Internship.
Equitable Assessment: How did it Work in Practice?
2) This infographic was created as a professional development source for my fellow student-teachers. The aim of it is to convince my peers of the benefits of equitable assessment as well as give my peers examples of how they can incorporate equitable assessment in their classrooms.

Below are some of my assignments from Educational Psychology courses from my Bachelor’s Degree and ongoing Inclusive Education Certificate.
1) This was my first attempt at filling in an IIP on my own. There are things that I would change about it today as I have learned more, but I am still very proud of what I produced here.
2) These slides and infographic cover ODD & CD symptoms, signs, and interventions. They were created through a group assignment, and I feel that they are good general resources.

3) Despite being trained as an English and Social Studies Teacher, I believe that I created a solid lesson plan and set of interventions for the first phase/step of Linear Equations. There is even a song I made for this EMTH 335 assignment that I am actually quite proud of!
