Teachers and students are not equal but can learn equally as much from one another, so long as both groups are challenging one another to reach their highest potential. Success plays a key role in education; Students should strive to succeed and be their best, and teachers should strive to educate to their highest knowledge and share every piece of knowledge they keep. It should be the teacher’s priority to help students succeed in life and understand lessons.

Students should always be the priority in a classroom. The students should feel safe, comfortable, and respected in any educational environment. Teachers must be adaptable to meet student’s needs and should care for each individual student. Every student is a different individual with different needs, learning styles, and backgrounds. No student should be singled out due to different needs or learning capabilities. Each student is capable of success with the support of others. Learning is valuable in the classroom and at home, and students should be encouraged to take lessons out of every moment in life. Teachers should learn from each student, and each student should learn from the teacher. Inclusivity is a key to creating a safe learning environment. All students should feel welcomed and cared for.
