For my learning project, I dove into the world of sourdough, from creating and maintaining a starter to understanding fermentation, stretch-and-fold techniques, baking methods, and troubleshooting common issues. Along the way, I experimented with recipes beyond bread, like pancakes and crackers, and learned that sourdough is as much about patience as it is about precision. I’m excited to share my journey, including beginner-friendly tips, favorite recipes, and lessons learned, so others can follow along and enjoy the process of turning flour and water into something truly special.
