Educational Philosophy

My educational philosophy is focused on prioritizing relationships. As a teacher, I believe that building strong connections with students is essential. Once a mutual rapport is established, the rest will naturally fall into place. Rather than simply imparting information, our focus should be on teaching students as individuals. This underscores the importance of understanding each student’s unique identity and interests in order to tailor our teaching methods to maximize their learning experiences. I am a firm believer that every student is different and as such, we should not approach teaching in a one-size-fits-all manner. This is where differentiation becomes critical in ensuring the success of all students.
