My professional development goals are based remembering all of my students names, which will help improve my instruction, familiarity, and lesson flow. Also, I want to work on creating more interactive lessons, which are creative and encourage critical thinking. I think, rich questions are a good place to start focusing on; however, I need to develop in this path more. Arts-infused instruction is a very useful instructional strategy, which I want to integrate into my pedagogy more because some students learn more visually, than others.
