I Believe..
- LEADERSHIP– encouraging leadership from all individuals by demonstrating with my own leadership and allowing students to lead by examples
- RESPECT- demonstrating respect for all students within the walls of the classroom
- NO CHILD IS LEFT BEHIND- check in on all students and support them to get where they need to be
- BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS- sharing about my personal life, as well as learning about my students lives in order to have deeper connection with all students
- VULNERABILITY- creating a safe space for my students where they canfeel comfortable and themselves
- EQUITY- meeting the needs of students may not always be equal, but providing the students with the same opportunities
- CREATING A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT- welcoming each and every student with open arms daily
