Hello, everyone!
My name is Katelyn, but most people call me Kate. I’m a third-year student at the University of Regina, where I’m pursuing a degree in elementary education. During my studies, I’ve started to explore educational technology, and while I’d rate my skills as “passable,” I’m eager to improve and learn more.
I grew up on a farm in Southeast Saskatchewan, just outside a small town. It was a wonderful childhood, surrounded by animals like horses, ponies, cows, cats, and dogs. I think my love for animals comes from those early days on the farm.
When I’m not busy with school, I love spending time outdoors. Whether I’m hanging out on the deck, going for a ride, or heading to the lake, I always find a way to enjoy nature. When I stay in, I like to shop, read, bake, and spend time with friends. One of my favorite things to bake is Oatmeal Brown Sugar Lemon Cream Bars — they’re so delicious!
