Journey Towards Reconciliation Aesthetic Representation

For my aesthetic representation, I chose to draw 4 pieces that represent my journey as a whole. Each step in my journey has equally affected me and I wanted to demonstrate this. The first part showcases the significant effect inclusive education has on the lives of children and I chose to show this through my own famalies experience. The second part showcases my self-reflection and understanding of whiteness. The third part demonstrates my developing understanding of classroom interactions, and the last part represents the many shortcomings in our education system and the steps we still need to make towards reconciliation.
