For this assignment we were split into small groups to discuss assigned readings and articles. Each week we participated in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) by interacting on a professional level as we reflected on the chosen topic.
Every week we were assigned a specific role to play in our meeting, either Guest or Host. Each member of the PLC had a turn as HOST for the discussion and the other members of the PLC had GUEST responsibilities, including a 3-2-1- Reflection on each topic.
