Am I a teacher 24 hours a day? I definitely think I am because teachers have so many rules to go by and it is so important that we follow them. Teachers need to be able to stay professional through all circumstances. People do not give teachers enough credit for what they have to go through in a day. The presentation talks a lot about having/ teaching respect. To me, kids nowadays do not have respect for anyone. No one knows how to say please and thank you or they will not hold a door for someone so I think that is one of the biggest things you can teach as a teacher. Being a role model for kids is huge. Kids need someone to look up to and by being professional, you can give them the role model they need.
