Professional Development

Going into the teaching profession it is important that I commit to professional development. Education is ever evolving and I need to evolve with it. Professionally I have a few areas that I am extra eager to continue my learning. I really want to learn more about adaptive dimension. I really think that being adaptive in my teaching is really important. I also have been looking into masters programs. I am super interested in Early Childhood Education, but I am also really interested in the masters related to leadership. For me being an educator is more than than just teaching curriculum. I think teachers are a big part of the community and being a leader within the school is something I strive for.
