Education

Education

I graduated high school from Central Collegiate in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in June, 2018 with a 93% average. Throughout high school, I made sure to be as involved as much I could in any activities. I played football and became a team captain, played badminton and won the city championship, and was involved in two school musicals and acted in two One Act productions. Staying busy in high school kept me focused and always on task.

After graduating from Central, I attended the University of Saskatchewan where I took kinesiology and planned on going into sports therapy or even medicine. But after a couple of months, I realized that my program wasn’t for me and needed to find something else. Education had always been an interest of mine and during my short University tenure, I truly began to enjoy English and studying literature. After I finished my first year, I applied and had been accepted to the University of Regina where I am very close to becoming a licensed teacher.
