I Believe:

• In authenticity above all else
• That we should never assume the ability of anyone
• That we should let the student lead
• I may be the only strong male role model in a students life and there for I should be the best role model that I can be
• In gender fluidity, there is no boy/girl jobs, likes or interests
• In working with my hands and imparting this knowledge on the students that i serve
• That they are not my students, and its not my classroom, we are working together in learning and share the classroom to facilitate this journey
• That my shoulder is always there to be cried on, we should feel our feelings
