Finding the missing height using Trigonometric Ratios (EMTH300 Lesson Plan)

Lesson plan for Foundations of Mathematics and Pre-Calculus 10. This is a follow-up lesson for the outcome indicated. In this lesson, students will be going outside to explore objects, establishments, etc. that are way too tall for students to measure the height using a typical ruler. Students will be using a clinometer, an instrument to measure the angle of elevation, and their acquired knowledge about the Trigonometric ratios to determine the missing height of an object.
