Just a quick check-in on the progress of my little gardening project with only positive things to say! My plants have been grown like little weeds! It’s hard to keep up and I suspect that I am going to have an overabundance of produce, but I feel like there are more significant issues in life.

I am hoping that my other, non-edible plants, bloom soon so I can post an update on those too! This week I plan to learn how to harvest the herbs to make a homemade lasagna!

  1. Wow, your plants look so healthy and lush! Looking forward to seeing them continue to grow. What kinds of dishes are you planning to make with all of your homegrown vegetables and herbs?

    1. This weekend I made a lasagna with the parsley and basil. And this week I plan to make a dill pickle pasta salad for a graduation party that I am attending! It is so exciting to be able to use my own herbs. I don’t think the tomatoes or lettuce will be fully grown by the end of term, but I hope to make some pasta sauce or salsa and so many salads!
