I believe that all students have a desire to make connections. Students come to school to do more than learn curriculum they come to make friends, be in a safe environment where they are welcomed to engage in learning. There is more to teaching than just writing on the board and giving information it is about RELATIONSHIPS! Before the teaching can take place I believe that teachers must make relationships with all students to build moral and trust in the classroom.
