In the classroom, a student-teacher connection is a healthy interaction that aims to build mutual respect and trust. Developing a stronger relationship with your students may involve getting to know them better, giving them choices, and motivating them to study more effectively every day. By doing this, teachers appreciate their students, value their uniqueness, and are courteous. A safe and welcoming learning environment is created in the classroom when teachers and students get along well. This increases students’ academic progress.  Online Collaborative Learning is a paradigm of learning that encourages students to collaborate, produce knowledge, discover, innovate, and gain the conceptual knowledge necessary to solve problems while utilizing contemporary technology in a group setting. The theory of online collaborative learning offers a method of instruction where students are supported and encouraged to collaborate in order to create knowledge. By inventing and exploring new ideas, they seek the conceptual understanding required to solve problems rather than simply repeating what they believe to be the correct solution. I think that from casual conversations to more planned collaborative grouping activities, groups can engage in a variety of activities. One approach for learners to communicate with others in the course is collaborative group learning. Successful collaborative group activities give participants a sense of community and give them a shared active role and responsibility within their existing groupings. Higher-order thinking skills are developed, meaningful learning occurs, and an eLearning community where cooperative group activities are encouraged starts to form for online learners in well-designed learning environments.

I believe that in order to build a classroom community where students feel secure, included, and understood, teachers must have a profound understanding of the students and teachers should encourage community in online learning because community demands go beyond participation to engagement, involvement, and action. there are various approaches to fostering community in online learning, for instance. Have a communication plan, become socially active, provide opportunities for information and expertise sharing, and use collaborative learning strategies like Jigsaw, Paper Seminar, and TAPPS.

In order to create a community in the classroom Online discussion forums are one of the simplest methods to encourage student engagement and improve everyone’s learning. To foster debate and get students to consider the course material in fresh ways, post discussion questions on a daily or weekly basis. Open-ended discussion questions that encourage divergent views are the secret to a lively and engaging online discussion. In my course prototype Jyoti and I made the decision to use Google Classroom as our LMS platform and as a collaborative environment where we can submit our course material, Materials, pre-class videos, and guidance after giving it a lot of thought. Also, in the next course prototype, we will  Google Classroom because it is a user-friendly application that helps teachers in monitoring student work. We can set up classes, give out tasks, grade them, and submit comments using Google Classroom. ViGoogle Classroom by sasha chertok on Dribbbledeos, pictures, graphs, infographics, and 3D models are constantly being interacted with by students, but we can’t be certain that they fully comprehend them the way we intended. Any visual medium, such as a work of art, a photo, or a video clip, can be used with this technique. Furthermore, I’ll Use Guided Notes I can write up notes for lectures, discussions, or readings, but I’ll leave blanks for the students to fill in significant ideas, information, and so on. In conclusion, a sense of community is important for online learners to succeed and be happy. While designing a course, communicating with students, and including activities, instructors can foster opportunities for the community.
