Week 6- slow and steady wins the race

I seem to be making some progress!

I now have the pedals in and personally, I think it is starting to come along. I keep having to remind myself that this is my first flower because I keep getting frustrated with how long it is taking me and how bad it looks haha.

 

I was however able to find a very helpful website with videos for beginners. Specifically, the video I have screenshotted below because I found it super helpful to just learn the basic stitches.

As you can probably tell it is not much progress since last week. I am having trouble staying motivated because it is taking so long for so little progress. I do however think that with these new stitches, I learnt I will be able to finish the flower successfully.
