My Personal Professional Development goals are as followed…
- Providing wait time in class, leaving enough time for students to think and express in class
- Using meaningful words and staying away from filler words such as, Like and Um
- Continually asking important questions to reinsure understanding and engagement
- Always looking for cross-curricular connections
- I want to work on giving clear descriptions of tasks
- I want to always have flow in my class and try to reduce lagged or dead time to keep a constant flow
