For my ESCI 302 course, I was asked to choose an environmental issue and create a meme about that issue. The environmental issue I chose was waste production and management in Canada, mainly Saskatchewan. I chose this issue because I have lived in Saskatchewan my whole life and was shocked to read that each person in our province produces over 60 bags of garbage per year, making Saskatchewan the second-highest waste-producing province.
