I made two different things this week. First, I started with a no-bake graham wafer bar recipe that I got from my Grandma. It was smooth sailing up until when the icing would not harden. I kept adding extra powdered sugar to the icing mixture to thicken it, which made the bars veryyyyy sweet! After
I was not familiar with Twitter prior to this course. So far, I can already see how it can be used as a professional development tool. As for Twitter in the classroom, I am not quite sure how it could be utilized in the younger grades. Technology is used in classrooms starting in possibly Kindergarten.
