I have grown exceptionally over the last year, yet I know I have so much more growth ahead of me. In this next year I plan to search out more pod casts that will help be consider big picture issues, and reflect on my own belifes and abilities. From being mindful, to more political, I have work to do.
Another area in which I wish in improve is in my organization and my technical abilities. This is especially important with our ever changing world, and particularly within the context of a pandemic.
