I believe education is the ability to learn everyday. For not just the teacher but the student as well to realize that they are learning something as they are being taught or teaching. Education comes in many forms and this is something that teachers come to realize quickly in their teaching careers. Adjusting to the students learnings and understanding is an important piece in being a teacher. Knowing how to teach 20 or more kids with 20 different learning ways is a challenge and realizing that not everyday is going to be the same or work out the way you expected the plan to go is also what being a teacher is about.
