I believe statements and goals

This is a list of beliefs that I live by

This list will continue to evolve over the years. things may change be added or removed. This is becuase everyone changes through time and their beleifs change with them.

  • I believe that everyone deserves the right to get an education no matter their race, gender identity, religion or sexual orientation.
  • I believe that all students should feel safe and confident in my class and when expressing themself.
  • I believe that all students should feel able to speak with me if they are having issues at home, in school or anywhere else.
  • I believe in the importance of hands-on work/experience.
  • I believe in having creative lessons in order to have all students engaged in the lesson.
  • I believe that student with a disability should always be included.
  • I believe that the use of technology can be beneficial in class when used properly.
  • I believe that students should be able to help each other learn and grow as students.
  • I believe that teamwork and brainstorming help students learn problem-solving skills and social skills. However, not all students respond the same to teamwork.
  • I believe that it’s important to teach the importance of protecting the environment as soon as possible.
  • I believe that students should be able to complete an assignment in different ways (with drawings, graphs, presentations, dance, songs, etc.)
  • I believe that students cant learn if they are dealing with personal problems, Therefore it’s important to assist them.
  • I believe art should be taught on a daily, and inform students that hobbies can become careers.
  • I believe students should be aware of what LGBTQ2+ is and why its important.
  • I believe that no student should be bullied in class or online.

It is my goal to further develop my abilities to be acomdidating to my students and learn how to create inclusive classrooms.

It is my goal to lessons that are engaging and comprehensive so all students are having fun and building their knowledge
