Teaching Resources

Action Schools! BC Resources– This has many different ways to promote and teach healthy living for students of different ages

This teaches about gender identity and sexual orientation with a colorful and simple design that young students can understand

https://www.raz-kids.com/– Raz kids is a paid resource that young students can use, it has educational games and tons of books and audiobooks. It is a paid resource but something that could be helpful

https://www.classcraft.com/– This is by far my favorite thing for older students. Classcraft is designed to resemble a game. students level up and have different classes (classes meaning “character class” such as healer, tank, magic-user, etc) It a resource that motivates good behavior with leveling up and skills that the student can use to have rewards in class. the teacher has complete control over how they want the skills to behave and when students gain XP to level up and unlock new skills.

https://www.teacherplanet.com/content/canada– This website is filled with lesson plans, worksheets, rubrics, and other activities, and their are categories for different grades and subjects
