Showcasing my Progress is made Easier with VivaVideo!
For this week I switched the app I record my progress from TikTok to VivaVideo. The app change made it so much easier for me to record my progress and edit. I was able to record over 60 seconds using VivaVideo and add text with ease.
However, this week I was having shoulder pain and decided not to record a muscle-up attempt. I recorded the last of my week one workouts, this time I added how many reps and sets I was doing for each exercise. I will be posting a muscle-up attempt later on the week, and some sources I am using to help with form and progress.
I will continue using VivaVideo for the remainder of the class since it is much better than TikTok.
I loved seeing this app in use! It looks really interesting and I am thinking I might try it in my posts this week! Thanks for the inspiration!
Hey Gledi! So cool that you used to use tiktok and upgraded to a new tool. I would have never even thought to use TikTok in the first place, so your a step ahead of me. I’m excited to see you accomplish a muscle up, I know they aren’t easy!!
Hi Gledi, it’s really interesting to see what a workout looks like at the gym because I’ve never worked out in one before! I can feel the soreness just from watching the video.
