The journey at a glance..

August 2018 neared an end and I was ready to attend my University of Regina orientation. I was nervous but had an urge to begin learning. I had a backpack with pens, pencils, a notebook and my schedule for the semester and an assortment of office supplies I most likely didn’t need, you could say I was prepared. September was a busy month with classes beginning and the transition of life’s schedule overall. Where did October even go? Midterms came and went fast but went seemingly well. There have been many challenges that life has presented me but the inspiration of an education has been a key part in remaining positive throughout daily struggles. As the semester has continued on I have had a chance to reflect on what was successful for me this year and what has not been so great. I hope to continue climbing this mountain with strength and determination as nothing is more important to myself than obtaining my post secondary education. Recently having signed up for winter classes I am hopeful for a fresh start and another great few months of learning and growing.
