We are doing HOLY WORK, Need to walk alongside 1 another Leave notes on cars, doors, mailboxes
Share gifts, buy coffee/treats
Call/email parents when you are proud
Looking after each other = Making a difference
We are in charge of the next generation despite uncertainty, fear, no end in sight of pandemic
*Our EA’S are the MOST important positions in our schools*
Without their support, we would not be able to properly educate
Grief & Loss
Do not hide, ask questions to students/family
In the end it makes us a better teacher
It is okay to forget (TRAGEDY) .. Say there name to remember it
How do you show up in the classroom? Staffroom?
Do you bring Laughter? Do people want to be around you?
The students who need it most are the hardest to give it too
Surround ourselves with people who believe we are in a game changing profession and watch us grow
Everybody has a story .. Do NOT forget our WHY!
