So many things to see and experience…
Students mind mapping about traditions LOVE this idea! Positive Statements Encouraging Student’s Lockers Decorated with a “get to know me sheet” Helping us learn reconciliation. Paper Bag–a get to know me activity, I used on my first day, so the students could learn a bit about me. The contents of my Paper Bag–any guesses as to what they mean? Me relaxing in a sensory room. Love this statement and where it is–seen as you come and go from the classroom. Me getting ready to join staff and students in students vs. the teachers for the basketball pep rally. Me on the court–so much fun!
So many memorable experiences in such a short time. Excited for you to be in your next field placement. “Oh the Places You Will Go”… and maybe, just maybe, in your teaching career, you’ll teach one of my grandchildren. Guess what – Grandma will volunteer! <3
