Each week for four weeks we were tasked with readings of an overall theme connected to education. One week of the four we were the host and had to put together a mini-lesson, including a hook, about the theme of the week and then present and lead a discussion with our colleagues. The other three of the four weeks we were the guests and had to put together a 3-2-1 reflection about the theme of the week; 3 Big Takeaways, 2 Connections, and 1 Question or Challenge from the readings.
