The teaching process is not something that you can stop after 4 pm, on Friday, or at the end of June.  The teachers must have the passion and will to make their students as or as they can be. Taylor Mali’s speech is an excellent example of these concepts. Besides the fact that you must be a role model every time and behave accordingly in every moment, you are always thinking about how to be a better teacher. If someone chooses to be a teacher, it is better to be dedicated to this beautiful career and have a persuasive power to develop their students. If the passion and the will are strong as must be, then a teacher will never stop finding new ways to be a better teacher and adapt her or his teaching to make every student a reasonable person in school and life. Even you sleep or rest, you are doing it because you need to ready the next day to teach, build relationships, and be positive and care. As a teacher, your legacy will never disappear, as happened with Rita Pierson’s mother when many former students were at her funerals. If you are teaching well as you should do your students, Your teaching will reflect forever on what your students became as people and what they do in their lives. 

STF, for me, is an entity that has the purpose of developing the teaching-learning process. It is a vast resource of ideas, concepts, tools, solutions, and friends, where every teacher can support him or herself and their peers. The set of codes, rules, and regulations are not created, in my view, to frame the teaching profession but to offer the right path of teaching. The entire philosophy of STF should become a natural part of every teacher.
