Short – Term Goals (less than 2 years.)

  • Finish my ECE Level 2.
  • Have a full-time permanent job.
  • Stay organized and stay on top of marking and entering grades.
  • Have good work life balance.
  • Help with Extra Curricular at school.
  • Work hard at classroom management and build relationships with staff and students.
  • Use the STF Library at least once.
  • Create practical and hands on learning for all students.
  • Learn more about gender inclusive environments.

Long Term Goals (5+ years)

  • Complete the inclusive education certificate or mathematics certificate offered by U of R.
  • Continue to expand my knowledge on Indigenous Ways of Knowing as my tribute to reconciliation.
  • Continue to be organized and stay on top of marking and entering grades.
  • Have good work life balance.
  • Help with Extra Curricular at school.
