• Let the students help teach me about them, let them lead me

• I am are not expected to be experts
• Educate all children in more interactive, engaging, practical and connected manner

• Some “Truth” are false truth
• That words can have a major impact… so we must chose them wisely.
• That every child has the right to be who they feel they are.
• Building trust builds respect.
• I am not perfect, I make mistakes, therefore I apologize, and learn.
